Extra Hand (EH) provides family support and child assistance services, including mall visits, activity supervision, and engagement support designed to offer parents peace of mind while ensuring children’s comfort and safety.
I consent to the use of my and/or my dependent’s image by Extra Hand for documentation or promotional purposes, including videos, photography, publications, and social media posts. The company will always be respectful of local culture and customs.

I acknowledge that Extra Hand staff are not responsible for conducting or managing any physical or recreational activities but may provide basic supervision or first-response support in case of minor incidents (e.g., providing comfort, alerting security or medical staff, contacting parents).
In the event of illness or injury occurring while under EH supervision, I authorize the team to take appropriate action — including notifying emergency services, mall security, or arranging for medical assistance — until the parent or guardian is present. EH staff are not medical professionals and will not administer any medical treatment beyond basic first-response support.
If a client cancels or misses a booking, no refund will be provided.
If a cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, a refund may be issued subject to a AED 100 administrative and booking fee deduction. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
If a service is cancelled or altered due to Force Majeure (circumstances beyond EH’s reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, health restrictions, security incidents, or mall regulations), EH will offer an alternative arrangement or a prorated refund after deducting the applicable administrative fee.
Extra Hand reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, an alternative session will be offered or a full refund processed within 30 days, depending on the client’s preference.
All client and child information, including payment details, will be treated as confidential and will not be stored, shared, sold, or leased to any third parties.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with Extra Hand’s services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
By submitting the registration form or confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined above.
